Role Description:

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate new business leads and opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct sales presentations, pitch products/services, and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with marketing and product offerings.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth areas.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and expand the client base.
Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.

3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

4. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

6. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
